Wānaka Lavender Farm proudly offers unique tea blends that guests can be excited about consuming. Many of the tastiest flowers and herbs from our own garden go into these loose leaf mixtures and our variety of teas are lovingly made in our kitchen, then served in the tearoom. Our tea collection is also available online so that our guests can indulge and experience the taste of our herbal blends at home.
Explorers who happen upon our blooming lavender farm are always curious to try our teas and treats when they visit. After all, it's thirsty work walking around 22 acres of lavender fields and flower gardens, saying hi to the resident animals and playing the variety of giant games dotted around! Our tea garden is the perfect place to unwind whether it's summer or winter.
The Relaxing One
Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon Verbena
The Relaxing One is a classic clean and earthy tea. It's a green tea filled with antioxidants that helps relax the mind and body. With lavender and lemon verbena straight from the farm, this tea will refresh and revitalise.
The Purple One
Lavender, Butterfly Pea Flowers, Lemon Verbena
This is our most popular tea, also known as "the magic tea" to local families and wee ones. Its striking colour-changing flare is bound to bring out the child in anyone! And it's not just that... the tea has a subtle floral and earthiness to it whilst also being on the sweet side. This makes it perfect for people who don't enjoy strong flavours.
The Calming One
Lavender, Chamomile, Calendula
This is a delightful union of delicate flowers straight from our gardens. Drinking a tea of lavender, chamomile and calendula will help instill a calm feeling in the mind and body as it is filled with soothing properties. The Calming One is the ideal bedtime beverage.
The Minty One
Mint, Apple Mint, Apple, Elderflower
A harmonious tea that peppermint lovers will surely enjoy. The special thing about The Minty One is that the apple and elderflower cuts through some of the powerful flavour of mint, making it smoother and fresher than your usual minty tea.

The Nutty One
Walnut, Apple, Cinnamon
An aromatic, dreamy tea that is bound to make you feel like autumn is here no matter what month we're in. The roasted walnuts, collected from our trees on the farm, adds a smokiness to the blend, the cinnamon adds warmth, and the apple balances the flavour out with a little freshness.

In the Wānaka Lavender Farm store, our teas have been given a new permanent spot to really show them off. Tim spent a couple of rainy days building a wonderful display that we adore, and we can't imagine the space any differently now!
