1. FIXED-TERM POSITION - Wānaka Lavender Farm - FARM HAND
We’re offering a harvesting opportunity from 1st February until the end of March 2026 for our lavender harvest. Applicants must be capable of physical labour (heavy lifting) and comfortable using light machinery. Self-driven and a fantastic attitude when working within the elements are compulsory!! Applicants must be happy to work outside in both an individual and team capacity.
Please note, we do not offer accommodation at the Wānaka Lavender Farm.

2. PERMANENT POSITION - Wānaka Lavender Farm - Farm Operations Supervisor
A unique role which requires a very well-rounded, hard working, mechanically inclined person to keep the farm grounds looking stunning!! The successful applicant will drive and take part with its ongoing upkeep and maintenance.
Applicants must be eager to learn, value attention to detail and take initiative as well as communicate effectively with their colleagues!
This is a full time, permanent position.

Happy to work outside all year round and get stuck in

Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and are capable of physical labour and repetitive tasks

Fantastic communication skills, delivering and receiving tasks

NZ Driver’s licence or equivalent
