✨ FOH SUPERVISOR​ ✨

Wānaka Lavender Farm is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead our Guest Experience team. Permanent, full-time position starting late February/March 2026.

 

Position Overview:

As our Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be leading the customer-facing team, ensuring high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll also liaise with other supervisors to achieve operational efficiency and a cohesive work environment.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor daily operations in the retail space and tearoom

• Be a guiding example of excellent customer service

• Work closely with the FOH team leaders to maintain good morale

• Coordinate with the General Manager and Production Supervisor on inventory requirements

• Train staff in our processes and procedures, including health & safety

• Innovate and refine systems to ensure efficiency 

• Problem solve and make on-the-spot decisions that are in line with the farm’s values

 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Individuals with strong communication skills

• Someone with experience in retail and/or hospitality in a speedy environment

• A confident, organised leader with good time management skills

• Prior supervisory role beneficial but not compulsory

• Valid visa holder or resident of New Zealand dedicated to long term work

• Available to work weekends and holidays
