PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Wānaka Lavender Farm is looking for a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to ensure our products are crafted to the highest standards. Starting February 2025.
Position Overview:
As our Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee the production of our signature products, manage stock levels, and train the team in production best practices. You’ll also liaise with our Front of House team to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor daily production operations, ensuring quality control

Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the General Manager on inventory requirements

Train staff in production processes and procedures

Work closely with the FOH Supervisor to align staffing and rotation, maintaining team morale

Innovate and refine production systems to ensure efficiency

Assist in retail and guest services if needed
What We’re Looking For:

Individuals with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

An analytical thinker able to work under pressure

Someone who is organised with good time management skills

Valid visa holder or resident of New Zealand dedicated to long term work
