Retail & Guest Experience

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable team member to join us at Wānaka Lavender Farm in our retail and hospitality spaces.

 

You'll be part of a hands-on team focused on creating memorable experiences for our guests — from welcoming visitors with a smile to serving delicious treats in the tearoom and helping keep our shop beautifully presented.

What you’ll be doing:
✨ Welcoming guests and providing outstanding service
✨ Preparing and serving food & beverages
✨ Answering guest enquiries (in-person and over the phone)
✨ Assisting with stock displays, shop presentation and cleanliness
✨ Supporting the day-to-day operations of the tearoom and retail store
✨ Following health & safety protocols
✨ Helping out with production if opportunities arise

About you:
✔️ You’ve got previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
✔️ You’re guest-focused, professional, and work well under pressure
✔️ You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love being part of a team
✔️ You’re adaptable, positive, and willing to learn
✔️ You’re available for weekend and holiday shifts
✔️ You hold a valid NZ work visa

🌿 Food Safety training
🌿 An interest in natural products, farming, or retail
