Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender Essential Oil is the most versatile and useful of all the essential oils. It makes an important contribution to the health and well-being of those who use it, is gentle on the skin, soothes and calms the emotions.

Lavender is one of the few essential oils that can be applied to the skin in undiluted form – provided no allergic reaction is foreseeable. Use undiluted (after a skin test) for spots and pimples, athlete’s foot, cuts, insect bites/stings, insomnia, bathing, warts and minor burns. Use diluted for perfume, massage, muscular cramps, stretch marks, rashes, abrasions and bruising.
